- The phenomenon of gender inequality has been actual issues in the Indonesian political life since the last decade. The highest result of the women movement to fight the gender inequality is the policy implementation of 30% Women Representation in the 2004 election. The research aims to explore to what extent the effectiveness implementation of the women representation policy.
