- This research is motivated by a number of partners as a supplier in cooperation with Bulog Subdivre V Kedu Central Java, which tends to decline from 2010-2014. This study aimed to examine the effect of trust, commitment, sharing of information and cooperation to the satisfaction of the supplier Bulog Subdivre V Kedu Central Java. This study uses census numbered 57 partners listed in Bulog Subdivre V Kedu Central Java. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that the following regression equation: Y = 0.225 X1 + 0.276 X2 + X3 + 0.306 X4 0301. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, regression models multikolonieritas free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and normal distribution. The greatest variable is the variable cooperation of 0.306, while the smallest variable is the variable of trust was 0,225. The results of the study found that all of the independent variables and a significant positive effect on the dependent variable
