- The price of solar has a role in influencing the economy in the province of Central Java. This is because solar is a key raw material in the process of economic activity. This study has the purpose to analyze regime change in solar prices on inflation and unemployment in the province of Central Java. Price of diesel fuel that is written in the form of regime change in policy on solar prices, unemployment, and business cycles are independent variables and inflation in Central Java as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are inflation and unemployment Central Java Province obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) between the years 1983 to 2013 and the price of solar fuel derived from PT Pertamina from year 1983 to 2013, as well as other sources that have relevance. This study uses a Error Correction Model (ECM) that serves to correct the imbalances in the short term to the long term The results of this study indicate that changes in the price of solar from around the regime change policy on diesel prices and unemployment has no effect on inflation in the province of Central Java.
