- Lack of users' participation is the most dominating factor that inhibit the success of e-government in the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance. Based on the related problem, this research aims to examine the effect of website quality on the intention to use e-government in the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance. Assessment of website quality includes three dimensions, system quality, information quality, and service quality. Researchs’ population are all users of the website of Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Surabaya I. Purposive sampling technique was used to collect the data. In this case, the sample is the financial management staff of government agencies as partner of KPPN Surabaya I who are actively using the online treasury services. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to the responden. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis showed that all dimensions of quality websites covering system quality, information quality, and service quality has a positive effect on the intention to use e-government services. This indicates that the designer of KPPNs’ website should consider these dimension while designing the website
