- Organizations are generally believed that to achieve the excellence they must strive individual performance as high as possible, because basically individual performance affects the performance of the team or working group then in turn will affect the overall performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee’s performance, with motivation as the intervening variable at PT Suri Tani Pemuka. There are 89 samples and using purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and sobel test using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicates that organizational culture and leadership have significant effect on motivation, organizational culture has significant effect on employee’s performance but leadership doesn’t has significant effect on employee’s performance, motivation has significant effect on employee’s performance. Besides that, based on sobel test, motivation does has a role to mediate organizational culture and leadership on employee’s performance
