- Unbalanced development and disparity among regions encourage people do mobility. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of factor income, educational factors, factors of gender, age and marital status of labor became the city of Depok commuter to DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted with the dissemination of a questionnaire as many as 77 samples addressed to labor Depok spread over 11 district in the city of Depok. Population sampling techniques using propotional sampling. This research uses a Binary Logistic Regression estimation techniques Logistic Regression with variable bound to dichotomy, i.e. 1 for commuter and o for no commuter. Engineering estimation with Binary Logistic Regression was conducted to determine the influence of free variables of a commuter. The results showed that labor, which became the city of Depok to Jakarta commuter as much as 61 respondents while not being a commuter as much as 16 respondents. The decision to become the commuter to DKI Jakarta by Depok workfoce is affected by factors of income, education, age and martial status
