  • In this research creation of Geographic Information Systems Location hospital which can be accessed through a mobile device that has internet connection facility. By utilizing information technology development and management in the form of accessing information quickly, accurately and large volume, search a specific location can be done easily and can be done from anywhere and anytime. So with the GIS can help people who need information on the location of the hospital in an area especially for people who are not informed about the area / city. Where information retrieval is usually still done manually. The method used in this study is the shortest route searching algorithm using Ant Colony System (ACS). This SIG-making process begins with creating maps using google maps, marking the points needed, initialization parameters are required as well as the starting point and destination point, then the shortest path calculation and subsequent search displays the shortest route information in the form of a map. Pheromone parameters contained in the ACS algorithm, can be processed to provide information that points obstacle. The results of this study in the form of software that can provide information in the form of a map in real time. From the test results indicate the software can provide information that is clear and easy to understand. By combining the mobile device Geographic Information Systems built a clientserver system, consisting of a Web application server (ServerMap) to generate maps that are stored in the database server as well as a Mobile Client application (MobileMap) to make a request data to the server and displays the response from the server.
