- The decreasing of IKM furniture/wooden furniture export volume in Jepara is inversely proportional to the amount of labor demanded. This is contrast with the production theory that say that the decreasing of quantity will be followed by the decreasing of labor demand as a production factor. This study aimed to analyze the influence of non wage labor expenses,wages, and the invest values on IKM furniture/wooden furniture labor demand in Jepara regency. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to prove the hypothesis of the influence of non wage labor expenses,wages, and the invest values on IKM furniture/wooden furniture labor demand in Jepara regency. The results showed that non wage labor expenses variable have no effect on labor demand variable, while wages variable have a negative significantly effect and the invest values variable have a positive significantly effect on labor demand variable.
