- Computer network is a collection of computers that perform data communication that requires the setting for the use of inter-network connections can be done effectively and efficiently. Equitable distribution of bandwidth required for network management to access all the resources provided, including the Internet. The bandwidth evenly divide requires a protocol that is able to identify the current status of the client. ICMP or Internet Control Message Protocol is a protocol that works at layer three are used for communication by sending ICMP Echo Request. The active destination host receives this message and will send ICMP Echo Reply packets. Adaptive bandwidth will automatically distribute bandwidth to each active client equally and also it works to control data transfer around the internet and LAN.
