- Politic movement of santri from Jepara is built internally from religious motivation, and externally from the existence of outsider power which is considered as disturbance. For that reason politic gets is meaning as an adaptation strategy for self devense. The politic model that used is connected to their understanding and religious tradition which has long been known in the from of religious study. Hence, religious study has four function, namely; the function to entertain, to build group solidarity, to increase militant motivation, and to build politic movement.
