- Laboratory in installation outpatient RSUP Dr. Kariadi provide 2 room for examination patient further having finished examination doctor. Many patients in the laboratory resulted in a queue so the service of the hospital less than optimal. Hence, required some kind of model a queue to improve the service by using the data of the patient and the arrival of service period.
