- Nowadays industry's role as the leading sector in the economy contributed to many areas can be felt. Industrial sector played a major role to create jobs field because it can absorb a lot of manpower, and development in the industrial sector will encourage development in other sectors too. The industrial sector’s share in GRDP of Semarang City, though not the biggest contributor, but tends to show higher values compared with another sectors. The objectives of this research is to find how big the influence of investment, labor, and exports values affect in the industrial sector’s GRDP of Semarang City. Analysis tools used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 software. The results showed that investment variable has a significant and positive influence of Semarang Municipality’s GRDP of industrial sector, while labor and export variable has no significant influence in the share of industrial sector’s GRDP of Semarang City
