- Recently, the college competition is getting tougher, so colleges must really have the ability to improve the quality of graduate students to be accepted in the world of work and the general public. In addition, it should be emphasized the importance of the quality of human resources to achieve the excellence in global competition, so the role of academic institutions as an organization to process the input of human resources to human resources quality become very important.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of independent variables of teaching and learning, motivation to learn, and the campus learning location through the dependent variable is an achievement. This research uses primary data. The data are obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The technique of sampling in this study uses propotional random sampling method. The number of samples obtained by 100 students of Economica and business Diponegoro University. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variable teaching and learning, motivation to learn, and the campus learning location has a positive influence and significant on achievement to students of Economica and business Diponegoro University, either partially or simultaneously
