- This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on employees performance at PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Jawa Tengah.. This research was conducted by the method of random sampling of permanent employees as well as employees who have worked more than 1 year at PT. APACINTI and analyzed with regression. Collecting data primary aimed with the methods a questionnaire, while collecting data secondary done with a method of literature. The result showed that safety and significant positive effect on employess, while occupational health and significant positive effect on employee performance
