Respondents of the research were 100 employees of PT Telkom Tbk. The questionnaire are used to obtain data on leadership style, work climate, individual performance and job satisfaction. Path analysis by using AMOS software is used to analyze of data. The result shows, change-oriented leadership has positive and significant impact on performance and job satisfaction. The hypothesis states that work climate come to mediate the relationship between change-oriented leadership on individual performance and job satisfaction is supported
