- Information systems development requires planning that will complement the strategic direction of the higher education. Planning is built by defining the data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture in the use of information to support the business process and then designing the architecture to identify needs and create architectural scheme and make a plan for implementation. The results of the enterprise architecture planning of information systems blueprint for data, application and technology. Blueprint for informations systems is useful as a basis or reference for the development of information systems better overall business process in higher education.
