If have known gap in company hence can be conducted action for the repair of management system standard of quality as well as improving the overall of existing quality management system effectiveness in PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South- East Planning Section. From result of wight which have to be got that PT PLN ( Persero) PIKITRING Java, Bali & Nusa South-East Area Planning have ready to applied management system quality of ISO 9001:2000 and competent for the sertification of ISO 9001:2000
