PKT is fertilizer company operating in Bontang, East Kalimantan. PKT have used various chemical material type in production process. Methanol is most important chemical material at company. But, ordering system in this time haven’t consideration of uncertainty in lead time. As a consequence, it made purchasing extra with the price of material much higher when the uncertainty “destroy” planning of company. This reserach have focus at alternative policy of supply which considering uncertainty in lead time with a purpose to minimize total inventory cost. From result of collected research data and processed, to be got by result of that total inventory cost of proposal model with Model Sphicas&Nasri is smaller than total inventory cost existing model. Total inventory cost of proposal model is equal to Rp 1.653.465.088 and total inventory cost of existing model is equal to Rp 3.193.712.246.
