- PT. Astra International Isuzu Division Semarang is an automotive company especially for Isuzu. This company give all in services, from vehicles purchasing, handling vehicles license and aftersales service. These services gived to customers for achieved customer satisfactions to increase company profit. This research purpose is to test the influence of services and availability facilities toward customer satisfaction in Astra Isuzu Majapahit Semarang. Research type is explanatory research, with 100 respondents. Services and availability facilities who gived by company to customer already well. Suggested to company for giving more services increased and availability facilities in order to increase customer satisfaction.
