- The issue of Semarang Government is a dependency of DAU and DAK transfer from Central Government. states that local revenue sources regarding to autonomy and decentralization is recently dominated to donation and budget of central government in the form of Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus and Dana Bagi Hasil, whereas the proportion of PAD is relatively low. Transfer budget from the government of Dana Alokasi Umum always increases every year in Semarang means that Semarang is not able to be independent without central government donation. Therefore it is important to know what variables which have significant impact to the local revenue in Semarang. prove that local revenue in Semarang is influenced by Government Spending, PDRB and the total population. Based on the analysis result, the conclusion is Variable of Regional Spending, Total Population and PDRB are altogether impact to the Local Revenue. Individually, Variable of Regional Spending, PDRB and total population may impact to Local Revenue, The most impact variable is Total Revenue in Semarang and total population. It is proven by the highest regression coefficient value is 5.742.
