- Asteraceae Family is a kind of plant family that become arrangement of floor covering vegetation in Wana Wisata Nglimut Forest. Asteraceae is a family with high diversity and have more use. The purpose of this research is to know the member of the Asteraceae family that placed in Wana Wisata Nglimut Gonoharjo Kendal region. The hope of this result of this research can give base information in using and conservation on it. The research to definite of point sampling using sistematic technic. Transek line that taken is a tour way that started from entering door until hot water bathing. Definite 6 point sampling that each of reach 100 m from transek line. The kind in every sampling point written and counted the individual. Environmental factors are measured, like place height and humidity. The datas are analyzed descriptively. The result got 6 kind of Asteraceae family that grow in Wana Wisata Nglimut, they are Ageratum conzyoides, Ageratum houstoniamum, Erechites valerianifolia, Eupatorium riparium, Eupatorium odoratum and Tegetes erecta. The largest distribution of plants in Wana Wisata Nglimut are Eupatorium odoratum and Eupatorium riparum. Beside that, the smallest distribution is Tegetes erecta.
