- It have been done the database making program at monitoring system failure of electric network with TCP/IP communication and Borland Delphi 7.0 programming using Wi-Fi. This interface program could watch the electric network circumstance. So it can be us in govermental institution such as PT. PLN, BMG, BTS Phone Cellular, ATM servis banking, industry area, ranch area and others. Monitoring long distance or telemetri had been done with using AC current and transformator as detector failure of electric network. Borland Delphi 7.0 programming could appear the result of monitoring the electrics network circumstance. And also it could process and save the data at tables of monitoring in the Microsoft Access. At tables would record datas for example date, time intake of data, electrics network circumstate. Through provided printing facility, the data which is recorded at tables could be printed through printer. From research which is had been done to be got the result of monitoring the electric network circumstate which is through relay had accurancy of situation statue with the result of monitoring is presented at computer, the reading data of result the monitoring could be saved in the MS Access. Early warning system in the form of alarm when electris network in a circumstate of death/danger and it also complited with facility print.
