- Information and services of adolescent reproductive health was not sufficient and mostly handled by Non Government Organization in big cities. Health facilities at level of basic services had not provided those services. Because of that condition, adolescents had not obtained sufficient knowledge to practice healthy reproduction. Providing information about reproductive health for adolescent groups can give positive effect for their future. Aim of this research was to describe system of education, information, and communication activities especially program of adolescent reproductive health at work area of health centers in District of Klaten. Number of informant was eight persons who were education, information, and communication officers at health centers in District of Klaten. For triangulation purpose, interview was conducted to three heads of health center, three supervisors of Students Organization at Senior High School, and three students of Senior High School. Deductive-inductive methods were conducted to analyze data by recording statements from each question and focusing those statements on problems of system. Descriptive-qualitative methods were conducted to describe characteristics of each informant namely level of education, work period, and work length. Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
