  • Telah dilakukan kajian pustaka dan prinsip-prinsip spektroskopi untuk menerapkan suatu metoda dalam menentukan temperatur elektronik plasma nitrogen. Spektrum emisi molekul nitrogen tereksitasi dan molekul terionisasi telah ditunjukkan dan dianalisa. Dengan menggunakan analisis spektral sistem positif kedua, 2s+, (C31-11,-->B3118) dan N2 dan sistem negatif pertama, 1 s--, (B2E+,,—X2I+8) dari N2+ serta penggunaan fungsi distribusi energi elektron maxwellian telah diperoleh hubungan antara energi elektron rerata dengan perbandingan intensitas is (0-07 dan 2s (2-5). Dari data sekunder (Nur, 1996) untuk N = 3,7.1020 cm-3 dan I = 0,8 mA diperoleh .besarnya temperatiir elektronik = 2,2.105 K dan juga telah dilakukan perhitungan energi elektron atau temperatur elektronik untuk plasma nitrogen bertekanan antara 10 bar sampai 40 bar. Kata kunei: spektroskopi - temperatur - transisi - energi - plasma nitrogtn • - elektronik - emisi Literature study for spectroscopy principal has been done to apply a method for determination the electronic temperature in nitrogen plasma. The emissions spectra of the nitrogen molecule excited dan molecule ionized were shown and analyzed. By using spectral analysis of the second positive system, 2s+, (C31-1—>B3T18) of N2 and the first negative system, 1 s¬(B2Z+„-->X2E+g) of N2+, using energy distribution function maxwellian we obtained relationship between nieand energy of electron with ratio of I s-(04) intensity and 2s+(2_5) intensity. By using secondary data (Nur, 1996) for N = 3,7.1020 cm -3 and I = 0,8 mA we obtained value of electronic temperature Te = 2,2.105K and also determination of mean energy of electron or electronic temperature for nitrogen from 10 bars to 40 bars.
