Pengaruh variasi Tegangan dan Arus terhadap kualitas Radiograf dan dosis yang diterima pasien pada pemotretan paru-paru proyeksi "Postero Anterior" (Studi kasus di RSPAD Gatot Subroto Jakarta)

- Penelitian bertujuan untthk memperoleh nilai faktor eksposi dalam rangka penerapan tegangan tinggi yang berguna bagi penekanan dosis radiasi pasien pada pemotretan patu-pam proyeksi postero anterior. Penelitian dilakukan di Departemen Radiologi RSPAD "l3atot Soebroto" Jakarta dengan menggunakan obyek pasien dengan indikasi foto paru-paru, menggunakan pesawat sinar-X SIREGRAPH Type A.90. Penelitian dilakukan pada tegangan 70 kV, 8 mAs yang secara umum dikeljakan dengan pesawat sinar-X. Perubahan faktor eksposi dilakukan dengan memvariasi tegangan dan arus sehingga akan didapatkan suatu faktor eksposi yang hasil gambar fotonya akan sama, bahkan lebih baik dari hasil gambar foto Röntgen semula tetapi dosis radiasi yang diterima pasien akan lebih rendah dari faktor eksposi mula-mula. The purpose of this experiment is t© obtain the value of the exposure factor in case of high voltage implementation that used in lowering the patient's radiation dose in the lungs imaging using poster° anterior projection. The experiment was done at the Radiologic Department RSPAD "Gatot Soebroto" Jakarta using patient as the object with lungs photo indication, by mean of SIRE GRAPH X-ray. The exposure factor was obtained by increasing the voltage in kV order) and lowering the current (in mA order), so we obtained the exposure factor which have the image quality as good as even better than previous Röntgen image, except the radiation dose accepted by the patient is lower than the previous exposure factors.
