Pengukuran dilakukan pada organ berbentuk bulat berisi air untuk volume mulai 3 MI sampai 30 ml dengan variasi 3 ml, untuk kedalaman mulai 30 mm sampai 60 mm dengan variasi 5 mm. The measurent was done on the ellipsoide body • by water countours for the volume from 3 ml to 30 ml with interval 3 ml, for the depth 30 mm to 60 mm with interval 5 mm. Deviation value gotten by distinguishing the realy size and the citra result. Experiment's result show that 3,5 MHz tranduser frequencies can be used to measure volume at the depth 30 mm to 50 mm.
