- Competition is increasingly competitive need for the implementation of strategies to encourage long-term oriented. The purpose of this study empirically know and analyze the influence of relationship commitment, service quality, and confidence in the loyalty of consumers. The population of this study are all consumers of PT. Teduh Makmur Semarang, some 37 companies. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed by regression analysis. The results are (1) Commitment to have positive and significant relationship of loyalty. The higher the relationship the higher the commitment of loyalty, (2) Quality of service has positive and significant effect on loyalty. The higher the quality of service, the higher loyalty, (3) The Trust has positive and significant effect on loyalty. The higher the confidence in the higher loyalty.
