  • The purpose of research was to obtain lactic acid bacteria isolates from rucah fish. Research was studied in Animal Feed Science and Animal Feed Technology, Animal Science Faculty, Diponegoro University. The research showed that there were lactobacillus sp and Leuconostoc sp dominated lactic acid bacteria at rucah fish Keywords : Lactic acid bacteria,Microbiology Potency ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh isolat bakteri asam laktat dari ikan rucah. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Diponegoro Semarang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mikroorganisme ikan rucah didominasi bakteri dari jenis lactobacillus sp and Leuconostoc sp Katan Kunci : Bakteri asam laktat, Potensi Mikrobiologis
