- This watchfulness is to detects leadership influence, motivation, and physical work environment towards study employee performance in limited partnership. Work mina apex son devisi wood. This watchfulness is done with method survai and carried out in 82 limited partnership employees. Work mina apex son devisi wood. technique sampling that worn method purposive sampling, and data testing technique that used in this watchfulness covers validity test with factor analysis, test reliabilitas with alpha cronbach. classic assumption test, doubled linear regression analysis, test t to test and prove watchfulness hypothesis. Data that gatherred to tested validity with factor analysis method and tested reliabilitas with coefficient alpha (alpha cronbach), where is the result entire datas declared valid and reliabel. result from analysis and discussion shows that: (1) positive influential leadership towards employee performance, (2) positive influential motivation towards employee performance, positive influential physical work environment towards employee performance.
