- Crisply that has been one of the Kendal’s special characteristics revealed less to inflate, whether the proccess of productions or the region of the markets. This research is purposed to analyse the stage of crisply productions in Kendal, and how much variables that was used in this research (capital input, labour input, and materials input) influenced the output of the crisply. This research had done by survey towards all of crisply producers in Kendal who made crisply from tapioca, and analysed by regression. The model that was used in this research is production function model by Cobb Douglas. The results of regression was tested by hypothesis test (F test and t test) and classical asumptions deviation (multicolinearity test, heteroscadasticity test, autocorrelation test, and normality test). Results of this research shows that all of the independent variables that are capital, labour, and materials input have positive influence towards the dependent variable (output of crisply production), with each coefficient regression are 0,010 for capital, 0,018 for labour, and 0,988 for materials input. Notwithstanding just the materials input variable that significant towards output of crisply production. This is because the number of materials that was used in production resulted the crisply almost at the same number. By F test, all of variable independen influenced significantly towards output of crisply production. And the result from classical asumptions deviation, regression model that was used excused from that.
