- Background: Cervical cancer is still become a deaden malignancy in various countries not except Indonesia. Differential staging of this malignancy has different albumine content can be considered to therapy. The aim of this research is comparison of albumine content in cervical cancer patients with differential staging in Kariadi Hospital Semarang. Methods: This research use medical record of cervical cancer patients in Kariadi Hospital Semarang with retrospective study design. The medical record who used on this research there is sixty devided by twenty patients every staging. Data is analized by SPSS for Windows 17 programe after accumulated. Description of data by table and picture, data is analized by Kruskal Wallia test because abnormal distribution data. Result: The result by Kruskal Wallis test has significant difference of albumin content in some stadium of cervical cancer with p=0,00. This result also shows difference of albumine content both staging II-III p=0,00, II-IV p=0,00 and III-IV p=0,00. Conclusion: There is significant difference of albumin content in some stadium of cervical cancer in Kariadi Hospital semarang. Cervical cancer with staging more malignance has albumine content few.
