- Tujuan penelitian int adalah untuk mengetahui konsentrasi fosfat terlarut dan kelimpahan fitoplankton di Muara Sungai Demakan Jepara. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Agustus sampai 25 September 2000 di Perairan Muara Sungai Demakan Jepara dan di Laboratorium Kelantan Jurusan Kelautan Universitas Diponegoro Jepam. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah studi kasus dan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive random sampling. Basil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandurtgan fos fat terlarut di stasiun A berkisar 4,78 jig at.P/I dan stasiun B 3,96 jig at.P/I, sehingga di Muara sungai Demakan Jepara belum menunjukan adanya eutrofikasi, namun pcmiran tersebut tergolong kategori tercemar ringan. SUMMARY The purposes of the study was to find out concentration disolved phosphat and diversity of phytoplanlcton in estuary water of Demakan Jepara. The study was carried in August to September 25th 2000 at estuary water of Demakan Jepara and Marine Sciences Laboratory, Department of Marine Sciences, Diponcgoro University, Jepara Metodology research using case study and samples collection was maked purposive randomized sampling. The result showed that the cocentration of disolved phosphat in station A as 4,78 fig at.P/I and station B as 3,96 jig at.P/I, It is mean that eutrofication in estuary water of Dernakan Jepara not yet, but the water fell into category slighty polluted.
