- Background: Simunox is an herbal remedy that contains some plant extracts which according to several studies have benefit in health area, especially in the body's immune system (immunostimulant). Limphoblast is early step of development cellular immune response which called lymphocyte. This study aimed to analyze the effect of simunox to limphocyte proliferation in the Swis smice. Method: The study design was purely an experimental laboratory with a sample of 20 Swiss mice with the number of four treatment groups and the design used was the Post Test Only Control Group Design using experimental animals as research subjects, that is by comparing the results of observations in the control group and treatment. Lymphocyte examination use Spleenocyte Isolation Standart and Lymphocyte examination standart which commonly used . The data described in the form of tables and figures, Kruskall Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test with SPSS for Windows 16:00. Results: Kruskall Wallis test showed p=0,003, and with the Mann-Whitney test there was a significant difference between control and simunox dose of 0.04 (p= 0,016), controls with simunox dose of 0,08 (p=0.009), and controls with simunox dose of 0,16 (p=0,009) Conclusion: There were elevated levels of limphocyte proliferation on providing simunox 0,04 dose, 0,08 dose, and 0,16 dose.
