- The researcher examined the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction among a purposive sample of 65 men and 26 women employees of PT Transindo Surya Sarana Semarang. The primary data was obtained from questionnaires, while the secondary data were obtained by literatures and websites. The data which was collected from the questionnaires is analyzed by using Rank Spearman Correlation and t-test. Correlational analysis revealed a relationship between job stress with job satisfaction within both of men and women employees. On the other hand, the result of t-test shows that there were not a significant differences of role stressors and job satisfaction between men and women.
