  • Indonesian government has implemented a health financing policy for the poor, called Public Health Assurance. This program uses claim system through prospective payment system which based on Indonesia Diagnosis Related Group (INA-DRG) tariff. The previous study showed that the monitoring of poor family health financing for the inpatients had not been done optimally because there was no accurate, complete, timely, and accessible information. The objective of this study was to produce a payment information system based on INA-DRG case mix to monitor health financing for poor family patients at Inpatient Unit. Development of the system was based on the steps of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thingking). Development of the system could overcome the problems on the old system. The scores of the considered average on the old system was 2.09, while on the new system was 3.94. It means that the respondents’ perception towards the new system was better than the previous one. Based on Sign Test, there was a significant difference between the old and new system with a p-value of 0.0001 (p < 0.05). Sumber Utama : www.mikm.undip.ac.id
