- Have been done by research about exploiting of technetium-99m DTPA to patient which is natural indication of degradation kidney function with inspection of renal sintigrafi and use gamma camera. Injector of Technetium-99m DTPA radiofarmaka counted 3 mCi through by vein intra vena of patient. Technetium-99m DTPA which come into body will brought by vein and permeated checked kidney organ, by using gamma camera instrument (SPECT) absorbtion of DTPA technetium-99m radiofarmaka at kidney will be depicted by monitor. Result of depiction of kidney organ made by count graph to time function depicting distribution of radiofarmaka in kidney organ. Graph depicting abnormal will see to level off at concentration phase in parenchym ( Phase II), normal graph will see downhillly. Right organ kidney picture see bigger with GFR 12 ml / minute compared to left kidney with GFR 61 ml / minute, distribution area at right kidney 21 % and left kidney 79 % and absorbtion of right kidney radiation 1,03 rad and left kidney 3,89 rad. Of this result indicate that right kidney experience of trouble degradation function
