- Research had been conducted at Animal Breeding and Animal Science Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science, Diponegoro University. Both ewes were injected with progestagen (20 mg/head IM) for 14 days they were divided into treatment which had given ewe injected with 2 ml head external FSH and control with 2 nil/head NaCl Fisiologis. From this, blood were collected through jugulair vein for 2 ml. Then, they were analyzed with raft, to gain FSH profile. The result showed that each ewe presented similar profile with 2 peak of FSH. Although, they had similar profile the level of treatment was higher than control. Moreover, this was supported with follicle number especially tersier follicle of treatment and control ewe at 3 and 1 respectively
