  • The purpose of research was to know the effect of fermentation with different level of dry manure on quality of sugar top cane leaves. Research was studied in Feed Science and Technology laboratory, Faculty of Animal Sciences, Diponegoro University. Variables measured were crude protein, crude fiber and fiber component. Research compiled in completely randomized factorial design with 3 x 3 treatments dry manure levels and 3 replication. The levels of dry manure was 0, 15, and 30 % and time periode of fermentation was 0, 4 and 8 weeks.. The research showed that there were significant increasing of quality of sugar top cane leaves that fermented by different levels of dry manure.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan kotoran ayam kering terhadap kualitas pucuk tabu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Teknologi Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan UNDIP. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar protein kasar, kadar serat kasar dan komponen sent (NDF dan ADF) pucuk tebu. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan 3 X 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan aras kotoran ayam kering: 0, 15, dan 30 % dan lama pemeraman 0, 4 dan 8 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pucuk tebu yang difermentasi dengan menggunakan berbagai aras kotoran ayam kering
