- The toddler weight coverage D/S at Puskesmas Geyer II by the year of 2004 at around 67,88%, at the year of 2005 at 72,14%, at the year of 2006 at 69,88% and by the year of 2007 at 69,92. This condition shows that the coverage of toddler D/S from 2004 until 2007, still become obstacles. The research in order to analysis factors relate to posyandu cadres practices in weighting the toddler and D/S coverage at posyandu of Puskesmas Geyer II regency of grobogan. The research apply explanatory research with quantitative approach and qualitative. The sample amount 57 from 130 posyandu cadres with apply sample random sampling. Data taken by interview apply questionnaire structure and crosscheck to toddler’s mother, leader/imager of society and health officer. Data by analyzed with univariate, bivariate and multivariate. . Result shows that there is relation between respondents characteristic (age, education, working period, spare time, income) , knowledge, attitude, leader of society support, health officer support with posyandu cadre practice in order to weight of toddler at posyandu. There is no relation between gender of respondents with posyandu cadre practice in toddler score weight D/S at posyandu. And knowledge variable of respondents is the most influence variable trough practice of posyandu cadre at weight of toddler of posyandu. Conclusion it is better for Puskesmas Geyer II gives training/refreshing mainly about simulation and tasks of posyandu cadres at table 4, so then can raise skill of posyandu cadre in order to give health teaching to society.
