- Study on the effect of voltage variation photo multiplier tube (PMT) to output amplitude signal of NaI(Tl) detector has been done by using voltage from 600 volt up to 900 volt with interval 50 volt, 30 volt, 10 volt and 2 volt. The research method that used is observation method to output amplitude signal of NaI(Tl) detector with the increment of operation high voltage step by step. The results show that the increment of variation high voltage will influence to channel number and height pulse (amplitude) based on hypothetical and statistical test with interval of confidence of 95 %.
