- This research is mainly to analyze the factors that influence to members participation of Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU)-Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam (USP) Karyawan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang. Ordinary Least Square is used in this research that supposed to know the influence of independent variables that including of members financial contribution and exploitation of services. This research is use primary data which got from the questioner that spread to I 00 members of Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU)-Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam (USP) Karyawan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Semarang. The sampling methode in this research is Slovin formula. The result of this research indicated that members financial contribution and exploitation of cooperative service variables are give a significant influence on a 5 percent level to rate of members participation. Keywords: cooperative, members quantity, bussines capital, bussines amount, and cooperative members participation.
