- PAD as one of local revenue tells about autonomous of local step. More and more PAD become higher so that the local is able to apply fiscal decentralization and the dependent with the central government is crease. PAD means as the revenue from the result is their own territory which taken base on the law. The purpose of this research to analyse the factor that influence in PAD. That factor are expenditure of development, in habitan, PDRB. The data that use in the research is time series of 1989 to 2002. Estimate model that use multiple regression which transformed in the logarithms model. Key-words : fiscal decentralization, PAD, in habitan, PDRB, expenditure of development
