- The study of BAPPEDA of Central Java is entitled : Performance Analysis Of The Employees Of Regional Development Planning Board (BAPPEDA) Central Java Province. The study aims at knowing the correlation of the factors of working motivation, working ability and working discipline of employees to their performance in BAPPEDA of Central Java both partially and simultanesly. Data used in the study is primary one with the population to the amount of 192 employees and sample of 50 % on 96 people. Hypothesis is teasted using kendall correlation and kendall concordance coefficient. The study suggests that there are correlation of working motivation (X1) to employees performance (Y), working ability (X2) to employees performance (Y), working discipline (X3) to employees performance (Y), but there are not correlation of working motivation (X1), working ability (X2) and working discipline (X3) to employees performance (Y). Working motivation is necessary to improve, so it is better to hold periodically meetings to improve working motivation of employees at all levels. Working ability of employees is need to improve for not lefting behind by means of providing the easy birocracy for those who want to continue their study to higher level of education and holding education and training periodically. Leaders are expected to improve working discipline in any working cases and give examples to their employees.
