PENGARUH TINGKAT PROTEIN RANSUM TERHADAP AME (APPARENT METABOLIZABLE ENERGY), KECERNAAN BAHAN ORGANIK, DAN KECERNAAN ABU PADA ITIK MOJOSARI JANTAN DAN BETINA FASE GROWER

  • The aim of this study was to find the percentage of protein level in ration to the metabolic energy, organic matter and ash digestibilityon Mojosari male and female duck at grower phase. This research was conducted in field laboratory of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang University with adaptation period from 31 October to 21 November 2016, the ducks that used were Mojosari, 12 male and 12 female ducks with the average body weight of 1485 g ± 41.55 . The protein levels administered were 16%, 18%, 20% using the proximate analysis which would be formulated into the feed treatment to observe their effect on energy metabolism, organic matter and ash digestibility. Field research using experimental methods with a completely randomized design pattern Nested on gender.The results showed that the protein level of 16%, 18%, 20%, gave a very real effect on the digestibility of AME (Apparent Metabolizable Energy), the average digestibility of the highest ranged from 2687.56 kcal / kg to 3042.79 kcal/kg. The highest metabolic energy value was obtained from male duck which received 20% protein treatment (3042,79 kcal / kg).The average organic matter digestibility from the highest was (87,26%), (87,20%), (86,91%), (85,64%), (85,55%), and (85,32%). It showed that the protein did not affect the digestibility of organic matter. The mean of ash digestibility from the highest was (46,62%), (43,68%),(41,42%), (37,75%),(35,08%), and (29,74%).Protein had no effect on the digestibility of ash. Tujuan penelitian adalah mencari prosentase penggunaan level protein dalam ransum terhadap energi metabolis, kecernaan bahan organik dan abu pada itik Mojosari jantan dan betina fase grower. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium lapangan Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang dengan periode adaptasi dari tanggal 31 Oktober sampai 21 November 2016, itik yang digunakan adalah itik Mojosari, 12 ekor jantan dan 12 betina betina dengan bobot rata-rata 1485 g ± 41,55. Tingkat protein yang diberikan adalah 16%, 18%, 20% menggunakan analisis proksimat yang akan diformulasikan menjadi pakan perlakuan untuk mengamati pengaruhnya terhadap metabolisme energi, bahan organik dan kecernaan abu. Penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pola disain acak lengkap Tersusun atas jenis kelamin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat protein 16%, 18%, 20%, memberikan efek yang sangat nyata terhadap kecernaan AME (Apparent Metabolizable Energy), kecernaan rata-rata yang tertinggi berkisar antara 2687,56 kkal / kg sampai 3042,79 kkal / Kg. . Nilai energi metaboliS tertinggi diperoleh dari itikjantan yang mendapat perlakuan protein 20% (3042,79 kkal / kg). Rata-rata kecernaan bahan organik dari yang tertinggi adalah (87,26%), (87,20%), (86,20%), (85,64%), (85,55%), dan (85,32% ). Ini menunjukkan bahwa protein tidak mempengaruhi daya cerna bahan organik. Rata-rata kecernaan abu dari yang tertinggi adalah (46,62%), (43,68%), (41,42%), (37,75%), (35,08%), dan (29,74% ). Protein tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecernaan abu.
