PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH SAYURAN PASAR PADA FORMULASI MEDIA PAKAN YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP KONSUMSI NUTRISI LEMAK KASAR, SERAT KASAR DAN GROSS ENERGI PADA ULAT JERMAN

  • This study aimed to determine the effect marketwaste vegetable in different feed media formulations to the nutritional intake of crude fat and fiber and gross energy on Superworm.The method used was experimental completely randomized design (CRD) with factorial pattern which the first factor, namely crude protein (CP) = 10%, 12%, 14% and 2 factors was gross energy (GE) = 4000, 4500, and 5000 kcal so that there were 9 treatments in three replications. G1P1 4000 kcal PK 10%, G1P2 4000 kcal PK 12%, G1P3 4000 kcal PK 14%, G2P1 4500 kcal PK 10%, G2P2 4500 kcal PK 12%, G2P3 4500 kcal PK 14%, G3P1 5000 Kcal Pk 10%, G3P2 PK 12% 5000 kcal and 5000 kcal G3P3 PK 14%.Results showed that utilization of market waste vegetable in different feed media formulations provided a significant influence (p 0.05) to the crude fiber consumption and gross energy consumption. So it could be concluded that the use of market waste vegetable treatment in the feed media by gross energy of 4000 Kcal and 14% crude protein (feed formulation consist of pollard, corn rice, dried to su waste, dried cassava waste) was the best treatment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh limbah sayur pasar pada formulasi media pakan yang berbeda terhadap konsumsi nutrisi lemak kasar dan gross energy pada ulat jerman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola factorial dengan faktor 1 yaitu protein kasar (PK) = 10%. 12%, 14%, dan faktor 2 yaitu gross energy (GE) = 4000, 4500, dan 5000 Kkal sehingga terdapat 9 perlakuan 3 ulangan. G1P1 4000 Kkal PK 10%, G1P2 4000 Kkal PK 12%, G1P3 4000 KkalPK 14%, G2P1 4000 Kkal PK 10%, G2P2 4500 Kkal PK 12%, G2P3 4500 Kkal PK 14%, G3P1 5000 Kkal PK 10%, G3P2 5000 Kkal PK 12%, G3P3 5000 Kkal PK 14%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah sayuran pasar pada formulasi media pakan yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (p0,05) terhadap konsumsi serat kasar dan konsumsi gross energy, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah sayuran pasar pada media pakan perlakuan gross energy 4000 Kkal dan protein kasar 14% (pollard, mpok jagung, ampas tahu kering, ampas gamblong kering) merupakan perlakuan terbaik.
