- Pakcoy (Brassica rapa) is one of the plants that has high economic value. One way to improve the productivity of pakcoy mustard is the hydroponic system. This study aims to determine the concentration of supermes liquid organic fertilizer and the right fertilizing frequency to produce the best growth and yield of pakcoy mustard plants in a hydroponic manner. The study was conducted at Green House Jln. Tlagawarna Blok D, starting from December 2018-February 2019. The study used a Factorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with two treatment factor. Factor 1. Supermes POC concentration, namely: S0=control, S1=2 ml/liter of water, S2=4 ml/liter of water. Factor 2. Fertilization frequency is: F1=per 1 week, F2=per 2 weeks. The results showed that there was an interaction between the concentration of POC Supermes and the frequency of fertilization on plant height, number of leaves, leaf widths of 3,4 and 5 weeks, leaf lengths of 4 and 5 weeks, leaf area and leaf chlorophyll at 5 weeks. The best pakcoy plant growth was obtained at the nutrient concentration of AB Mix without the addition of supermes with fertilization frequency per 1 week and per 2 weeks and AB Mix + Supermes 2 ml fertilization frequency per 2 weeks with leaf area (8,97-9,90cm). The best pakcoy plant are obtained with AB Mix nutrition without supermes with fertilizing frequency per 2 weeks. Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sawi pakcoy yaitu dengan sistem hidroponik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk organik cair supermes dan frekuensi pemupukan yang tepat untuk menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pakcoy yang terbaik secara hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Green House Jln. Tlagawarna Blok D, waktu mulai bulan Desember 2018–Februari 2019. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor 1. Konsentrasi POC Supermes yaitu: S0=kontrol, S1=2 ml/ liter air, S2=4 ml/ liter air. Faktor 2. Frekuensi pemupukan yaitu: F1=per 1 minggu, F2= per 2 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi POC Supermes dan frekuensi pemupukan terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun umur 3,4 dan 5 minggu, panjang daun umur 4 dan 5 minggu, luas daun dan klorofil daun pada umur 5 minggu. Pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy terbaik diperoleh pada konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix tanpa penambahan supermes dengan frekuensi pemupukan per 1minggu dan per 2 minggu dan AB Mix + Supermes 2 ml/l frekuensi pemupukan per 2 minggu dengan luas daun (8,97-9,90 cm2). Hasil tanaman pakcoy terbaik diperoleh nutrisi AB Mix tanpa supermes dengan frekuensi pemupukan per 2 minggu.
