PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG LIMBAH IKAN TERHADAP KECERNAAN BAHAN KERING BAHAN ORGANIK DAN PROTEIN KASAR PADA AYAM BROILER FASE GROWER

- This study aims to determine the effect of adding fish waste flour to the digestibility of dry matter, organic matter and crude protein in broiler chickens. The experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments each treatment unit was repeated 5 times so that there were 25 experimental units. The administration of fish meal waste did not have a significant effect from the four treatments. However, the highest digestibility of dry matter and organic matter was found in P2 treatment given 10% fish meal waste with a crude protein feed of 21.14%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh penambahan tepung limbah ikan terhadap kecernaan BK, BO dan PK pada ayam broiler. Metode percobaan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan tiap unit perlakuan diulang 5 kali sehingga terdapat 25 unit percobaan. Pemberian limbah tepung ikan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata dari ke empat perlakuan. Namun kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan P2 yang diberikan limbah tepung ikan sebesar 10% dengan protein kasar pakan 21,14%.
