  • The research is about development of photography and photo studio in Surabaya which the writer found that there is an increasing numbers of photo studio in Surabaya from year 2007 to 2010 which has been increasing from approximately 232 photo studios to 336 photo studios. From this data, the writer found that there is an intense competition market of photo studio in Surabaya; therefore, the writer analyze the factors affecting people in choosing photo studio in Surabaya in order to help in understanding the needs and wants of consumers in Surabaya expect to get from photo studio in Surabaya. This analysis will use methods of factors analysis in which resulted the 10 new components which are "Situational influence, location, process, and external opinion", "Participants and photo design", "Price and convenience", "Internal opinion and promotion activities", "Design and volume", "Cultural", "Psychological", "Other products and informative advertising", "On time services and interior design", and "Tools and services".
