  • This research aimed to gain knowledge regarding the factors influencing Consumer Purchase Decision in buying The Eden Condotel, Bali. This research was done to know which factors in Marketing and Non-Marketing stimuli which have influence towards Consumer Purchase Decision. The research sample was gathered using questionnaires which were distributed to 90 respondents during the Eden Condotel, Bali launching event at Galaxy Mal Surabaya from 19-24 April 20 10. The analysis technique used in this research was Factor Analysis. The result showed that there are 9 new factors which are formed from the outcome of the Factor Analysis, which are Personal Condition, Price and Payment, Social, Psychological, Product Attractiveness, Purchase Motivation, Place, Promotion, and Security. The conclusion of this research is the most important factor which influences consumer purchase decision towards the Eden Condotel, Bali is Personal Condition, which influences purchase decision by 34.929%.
