Lokasi Penelitian ditentukan secara purposive, yaitu di Koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, untuk mengetahui gambaran detail dan mendalam tentang penerapan kewirausahaan dalam koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan.Jiwa Kewirausahaan menjadi suatu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh pelaku bisnis pertanian (Agribisnis), Sifat dan watak seorang agripreneurship adalah memiliki kemauan keras, berani mengambil risiko, jeli dalam melihat peluang usaha yang memiliki prospek yang cerah, senantiasa memperkuat jaringan usaha, memiliki semangat untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas produk bagi kepuasan konsumen, memiliki cara pandang positif terhadap suatu keadaan dan memiliki sifat kepemimpinan.Koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan memiliki Unit Usaha Otonom Hortikultura, Tanaman Pangan, Simpan Pinjam dan Sarana Produksi. Dalam aspek pelayanannya, koperasi Mitra Tani Parahyangan memberikan pelayanan dalam hal on farm, penyediaan sarana produksi (hulu), Pasca panen dan pemasaran (hilir) dan juga penunjang. ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to provide insight to stakeholders about the application of cooperative-preneurship in the cooperative management. Research location determined purposively. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach  with a  case study techniques, to find out the details and in-depth overview of the application of entrepreneurship within the cooperative Mitra Tani Parahyangan .Entrepreneurship becomes a thing to be possessed by agricultural business , The nature and character of a agripreneurship is risk-taking , keen in seeing a business opportunity that has a promising future , constantly strengthen business networks , have a passion for always improve product quality for customer satisfaction , have a positive outlook on the situation and has leadership qualities.Mitra Tani Parahyangan have Horticulture Business Unit, Plant Food , Savings, Loans and means of production .
